In April 2014 I was rescued by a mostly American White Shepherd named Honor.  I drove 400 miles to meet him and it was love at first sight.

Now we’re doing our best to go everywhere together. Not easy if you’re looking for a place that is both people AND dog friendly.  But slowly and surely we’re finding our way around.  Mostly in Northern Virginia where we live.

 
It’s tough to figure out where we are both welcome so it seems like a good idea to share what we find so others don’t have to work so hard.  AND we thought we’d write about it here, on a blog.  Just in case there are other folks who think their dog ought to go places with them.
